We're a small agency based in Vietnam, working with clients in Southeast Asia.

We opened Keen in 2025 after years of leading digital marketing teams and consulting for brands in the public and private sectors. Our aim is to support our clients with the tools and frameworks to tell their stories creatively and effectively online.

ESTHER DE LA CRUZ

Esther is an writer and storyteller with more than 15 years of experience in branding, creative direction, and content marketing.

Esther began her career in journalism and media relations for the luxury hospitality industry. She founded the Philippines' first sustainable travel platform in 2014, and served four years as editor of Vietnam's national tourism website. These days she places her gifts for storytelling and organisation in the service of people and projects making positive impact.

BE DUY KIEN

Kien is a digital marketing strategist and product manager with an honors degree in International Business Economics. 

Kien built a strong foundation in strategy and execution working across public-private partnerships, corporations and SMEs in tourism and e-commerce. He combines research, data analytics, and content to design strategies that drive sustainable growth. His passion is using digital tools to help businesses and communities tell their authentic stories.
