During this phase we may review your existing brand and marketing materials, audit the performance of digital platforms, review customer feedback and journeys, and conduct interviews.
Clarify
Before we create anything new, we want to be able to clearly articulate the character of the organisation, its unique story and talents, its vision and position in the market.
This foundation will be refined together with your team until it rings true. From here we can design a strategy for the work to follow.
Create
Once we know the pillars of our story, we will start to create the assets needed to illustrate and share that story.
In this phase we may shoot and edit new videos or photography, develop branded design templates, write new copy, commission artwork, or gather more content to support our communications.
Build
With a library of content assets and visual tools on hand, we can begin building new structures.
We might design and develop websites or webpages, produce ad creatives for paid campaigns, develop content for social media channels, pitch decks or brochures, or tackle some mix of the above.
Launch
Before sharing the work, we run through rounds of testing and feedback, and create pathways for the audience to find us.
In this phase we set up local listings, decide on strategic hashtags, and do on-page optimisation for search engines. We may prepare special announcements or revise existing channels for alignment.

The first weeks after any new launch are extremely important to the success of the work.
During this time we will carefully monitor the new solutions, optimise as needed, and revise to create a smoother user journey. We'll report on key metrics and study the data for insights that can lead to new ideas or opportunities.
